PRE-THIRD PARTY INSPECTION EVALUATION
Do you need help preparing for your Third Party Inspection?
Beginning February 15, 2016, farmers with cultivation areas of 2,000 square feet or more must enroll in one of three tiers at the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (NCRWQCB), depending on site conditions and threat(s) to water quality.
We offer on-site evaluations of your farming operations and can itemize the actions that you must take to prepare to pass your Third Party Inspection (path to becoming legal). The Pre-Third Party Inspection Evaluation includes assessment of applicable City, County, Regional – NCRWQCB, and State licensing/permitting requirements.
Best Management Practices (BMPs) and BioDynamic (Demeter Association) for farm and product certification can also be included. See ADDITIONAL SERVICES section below.
PERMITTING PAPERWORK SUPPORT
Do you need assistance completing the complex paperwork associated with the County and NCRWQCB?
The permitting process is complex and the associated paperwork even more complex. We can guide you through the process or complete and submit the paperwork upon your behalf.
